A talented photographer and painter, with an avid love of the Ocean and marine life.

A proud member of the Royal Photographic Society, specializing in underwater imagery. Ian’s favorite destinations include the Maldives, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. His keen eye for detail and knowledge of marine life enables him to capture a colorful world full of life, hidden to the untrained eye. With a sparkle in his eye he will easily recount the latin name to almost any fish you can think of!

Ian is also a talented oil painter. His subjects range from WW2 spitfires roaring through the clouds to ships traversing calm or stormy seas.

Originally from North Shields on the east coast of England. He now resides in the small town of Wooler with his wife Sheila in the picturesque county of Northumberland.
